Ku‘uipo went bargain shopping today. First, she stopped by Saver's to buy cargo pants for her next hike. The
last hike she went on, her pants ripped while sliding down a boulder. While at the thrift store, she found a book called
Fun (and Educational) Places to Go With Kids (and Adults) in Southern California 9th Edition. The book is loaded with family-friendly places to go and isn't too outdated to be useless.
After the purchases, and on the way home, Ku‘uipo stopped by Big Lots to purchase a case of bottled water. She wandered into the Automotive and Tools department and found a package of 2 Multi Tools for $10. Perfect for hiking.
If Ku‘uipo does not have to work tomorrow (she's on call), she and Mike will be hiking.
